in February 1967, Tehran stock Exchange (TSE) was opened, Government bonds and certain State-baked certificate as the first financial securities were traded in the early stage of Tehran stock exchange development. Today TSE has evolved into the growing marketplace where individual and institutional investor trade securities of over 420 firms.
